Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends ) after receiving your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required 

  • Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [considerthewildflowers8@gmail.com within 14 business days of receiving your order.
    Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

  • Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

  • Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
